Please take part in the 2010 Eye Ball by printing and completing the In-Kind Commitment Form. You will have the opportunity to showcase your company to more than 350 Eye Ball attendees including medical, business and community leaders.

Donors will be recognized on the event website, in the evening's program booklet and on signage accompanying each auction item. Your name will also be included in the Foundation's newsletter that is distributed to more than 14,000 households in the state of Florida. Lions Eye Institute Foundation is a private not-for-profit organization. We will provide you with the appropriate receipts and acknowledgment of your gift(s) as required by the Internal Revenue Service.
